To build India's technology-led Remote Security Operations infrastructure for the global security industry — combining AI precision with human judgment to deliver security that acts, not just records.
The Problem We Saw
The security industry has built an enormous amount of infrastructure — cameras in every warehouse, factory, and commercial property. But the model has always been reactive: record what happens, investigate after the fact.
Physical guards are expensive, difficult to scale, and cannot realistically monitor every camera continuously. The result is a gap that everyone in the industry knows exists but few have systematically addressed.
VIGILX was built to close that gap. Not with AI alone — AI cannot replace the judgment, accountability, and authority of a trained human operator. And not with guards alone — humans cannot watch hundreds of cameras simultaneously without fatigue.
The answer is infrastructure: a Remote Security Operations Center where AI handles continuous detection and humans handle every decision. That is what VIGILX is building.

Two complementary revenue streams — India direct and international wholesale.
VIGILX Direct — India
Recurring monthly Security-as-a-Service for warehouses, construction sites, factories, logistics facilities, and commercial properties.
Indicative: ₹15,000–₹1,00,000+ per site/month, structured around camera count, monitoring hours, intervention requirements, SLA, and site complexity.
VIGILX Global — International
VIGILX becomes the backend security operations partner for security companies worldwide — powering their remote monitoring without them building their own 24×7 SOC.
Starting hypothesis: $10–$20/camera/month depending on volume and service scope — intentionally below US retail pricing so partners retain a healthy margin.
White-Label Model
The end customer does not necessarily need to know VIGILX exists. A security company operates its own branded platform. VIGILX powers the backend.
